Why jellymo?
Portable Content
The iPhone enables content to be carried with the user at all times, to be accessed when and where the user chooses. The storage capacity of the device is such that large amounts of rich content, from highly structured text, to images and video, can stored on the device. Carrying around the same amount of data in more traditional forms such as paper is just not practical and certainly no where near as interactive.
Live Content
Jellymo makes use of the iPhone constantly being connected via either wireless or mobile 3G networks. This enables content to be always up to date, allowing publishers to quickly and efficiently distribute fresh content or make small corrections. Adding a new feature to a tourist map guide, or correcting the opening hours of a store location can be instantly published and distributed to your content consumers.
Adding location to the mix
Users can now find content that is more relevant to their current location using the geolocation features of the iPhone. Finding the closest ATMs or zooming into a map of the nearest wineries are simple features jellymo can add to any of your content that has location aspect to it.
